By our third go ‘round, we knew what to expect, how much it would be, and how to care for a mouth full of braces, but everyone still took great care to explain every step to us and made my daughter feel so at ease, as well as acknowledge her concerns. Not only do I highly recommend Dr. Browning and his staff, there is no arguing that the results are incredible! The kids’ smiles are amazing and more importantly, all non-cosmetic issues are fixed! I can't even with this office. They are spectacular. I have a sweet 10-year-old who has a pretty severe overbite. She got her braces put on today and the entire staff was incredibly kind and sweet with her as we checked out and left. Then, as we were finishing up dinner, Dr. Browning himself actually called to check on her. It was a fantastic visit and I can't imagine anything less for the duration of her braces. Highly recommend!

I love this place of business!!! The staff are top notch at every step. My daughters are 15 yrs a part and Dr Browning is still just as amazing as when he did my older daughter’s braces. Dr. Browning and his staff are nothing short of amazing. They are thorough in the explanation of the process, mindful of your time- you never arrive for an appointment and wait 30 plus minutes. Dr. Browning and his incredible staff are wonderful with anxious kiddos and Dr. Browning even called the evening our daughter got her braces on to see how she was doing. I called and left a voicemail Wednesday night about our daughter having a possible broken bracket. I received a phone call at 7am the following morning and we were in the office 40 minutes later. In, out and out of pain in no time. Dr. Browning and every member of his staff are just so warm and friendly. As I was driving my 9year-old to school she said that she feels so special that everyone in the office knows her name.

We absolutely love Dr. Browning, Debi, and the entire staff! Each time we go, we always leave commenting on how nice everyone is and how amazing it is to be in an environment where you can tell that everyone really loves their job and genuinely appreciates it and respects each other and their patients. Debi immediately makes us feel like family and Dr. Browning is far and away my teenage son’s favorite doctor ever. He is personable, knowledgeable, funny and straight forward. My son has had a long slow road waiting for his teeth to grow in enough to determine his need for braces and at each step of the way, Dr. Browning has been honest, compassionate, so fun to talk to and never ever pushy. Everyone in the office makes you feel so welcome and valued and the added bonuses of water, chapstick, snacks, coffee, and even treasure box surprises for my youngest are above and beyond every expectation we could have had. We cannot recommend Dr. Browning and his amazing staff enough.

Updated March 2024: Dr. Browning and his staff are absolutely amazing! Both of my kids, now 18 and 15, had their braces with Dr. Browning and today my youngest got them off and is grinning ear to ear with a beautiful smile just like his older sister did two years ago. This practice has been a part of our lives for nearly 5 years and we've never ever had a negative experience. My kids always love going to their appointments and the way the staff celebrates with them when they are done with braces is so special and remarkable! Dr. Browning and his team are the friendliest, most professional group of people and it's a medical practice constantly striving for excellence. If your child is in need of braces in the Wilmington area, hands down this is the best you could ask for!

Original Review: My daughter recently started her braces journey and Dr. Browning and his entire team at Browning Orthodontics have been absolutely incredible every step of the way so far! From the initial consultation to figuring out insurance and a payment plan to explaining how to proper care for her braces, every encounter with every staff member has been great! The office environment is so friendly and they work hard to make it fun and inviting for teenagers (which is challenging)! Dr. Browning even made a personal phone call the night she got her braces on to check in to see how she was doing. Awesome care...highly recommend!!
